This policy explains how Senthix handles refunds for downloadable content, premium access, future subscriptions, and billing issues. The goal is to keep expectations clear while staying practical for digital delivery.
Senthix primarily sells digital access, digital resources, and platform-based services. Because delivery is often immediate, refunds are usually limited to billing errors, duplicate payments, non-delivery, or verified technical access problems.
1. Overview
Senthix offers digital content, AI-related resources, curated recommendations, and may introduce premium subscriptions or paid digital services. Because these products are delivered digitally, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.
We aim to keep this policy fair, practical, and easy to understand.
2. Digital Products and Downloadable Content
Unless otherwise stated, purchases of digital products, downloadable files, guides, templates, or instantly accessible content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
This is because digital products usually cannot be returned after delivery.
3. When a Refund May Be Approved
Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, accidental double charges, billing errors, failed delivery, or verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product or service.
If a technical issue occurs, we may first attempt to restore access or resolve the issue before issuing a refund.
4. When Refunds Normally Do Not Apply
Refunds are generally not provided for change-of-mind purchases, preference-based dissatisfaction, lack of use, failure to review a product description before purchase, or access that has already been granted and used.
Refunds also do not normally apply to third-party platform changes, external tool outages, compatibility issues outside stated requirements, or elapsed subscription time that has already been provided.
5. Subscriptions
If Senthix introduces subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time unless a specific plan says otherwise. Cancellation will usually stop future billing, while access continues until the end of the active billing period.
Partial refunds for unused time are generally not provided unless required by law or approved at our discretion because of a billing issue.
6. Future Custom Services
If Senthix later offers consulting, implementation support, custom research, or tailored digital work, those services may be covered by separate service terms or a project agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, completed work, reserved time, and delivered custom materials are generally non-refundable.
7. Refund Request Window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date unless a different timeframe is stated for a specific product or service or required by law.
8. Technical Access Issues
If you cannot access a purchased product or service, please contact us before starting a payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to confirm payment, restore access, resend delivery details, or resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund where appropriate.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Senthix at info@senthix.com and include your full name, purchase email address, order reference or receipt, the product or service purchased, and a short description of the issue.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first so we can review the issue directly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of access while the matter is being reviewed.
